Pre & Post-Season:

(Mid-May through June 13, 2025 &  Sept. 2, 2025 -October 2025)

Oaks 4: $800/week,  $400/weekend

Oaks 2: $875/week,  $450/weekend

Oaks 3 (waterfront): $950/week, $500/weekend

Main House (includes pontoon boat): $3,000/week, $1,500/weekend

Summer Season:

Weekly rental period is Friday to Friday for 2025 Season

(June 13- Labor Day Weekend 2025)

Oaks 4 : $1,200/week

Oaks 2: $1,300/week

Oaks 3 (waterfront): $1,400/week

Main House (includes pontoon boat): $4,000/week

TERMS:
50% of rental rate due at time of reservation

Remainder of rate and security deposit ($200/cabin, $500 for main house) due 30 days prior to rental*

*6% Michigan state use tax applies

There is a cleaning fee of $200 for the house and $75 for the cabins.

*Please bring your own linens: sheets and towels.
